The choice of my apartment was made to a great extent thanks to professional and helpful advice of Mr. Juan who provided a personalized and warm welcome and answered all my questions. Besides, he followed thru my application process and was too kind to help me with the furniture delivery (which he didn't have to do at all). Lived here from 2014-2015. Loved it there. Nice staff and the sound of frogs and turtles at the lake was comforting. No problems ... with my studio unit and no issues with maintenance, as I never had to report any issues. Also the night guard was a really cool dude. Only minor setback was no central air on studios. But the units they provide were adequate for the apartment size. Can't beat the price on the apartments for the area. Conviently located stores and food, all within walking distance.
