Posted On: 5/26/2020Honestly, the best apartments we've ever rented at. We moved in when new management had just started and the tour was great.... We saw actual available apartments that weren't furnished or extra modified for looks. I loved that. The pricing was explained clearly and all questions were answered. Our apartment was well maintained. The walls were clean, the carpet was new, the appliances were not the newest but they were clean and good enough. Inside of cabinets was completely clean. Now, the best thing about our experience here... NO PEST PROBLEM. Yes, we've seen some occasionally BUT from our year long stay, I can count the incidents in one hand.. to me, that was incredible lol. The only downside is the AC systems are very old.... during summer, your AC can reach 85 while you have it on or below 75. It just doesn't cool. Maintenance here is great and they do amazing work and are very professional (we just had one incident) but they can't really do much when it comes to the AC units that aren't cooling during the summer. The staff here is great as well, always professional and attentive. The only reason we're moving is for personal reasons. For the $1,080 we were paying for rent, parking, and utilities, we were happy. But I also noticed on the site the prices are much higher now for our floor plan so not sure if I would've gone for it at any other price. We had great neighbors also, so overall enjoyed living here.Read More about

Hello,
I`d like to personally thank Mr. Juan Mireles at Park at Woodlake and the whole team for doing an amazing job in... helping residents to accommodate themselves and feel like home. The choice of my apartment was made to a great extent thanks to professional and helpful advice of Mr. Juan who provided a personalized and warm welcome and answered all my questions. Besides, he followed thru my application process and was too kind to help me with the furniture delivery (which he didn't have to do at all).
The whole team at Woodlake Park has been very helpful all along.

Great place to live
Lived here from 2014-2015. Loved it there. Nice staff and the sound of frogs and turtles at the lake was comforting. No problems... with my studio unit and no issues with maintenance, as I never had to report any issues. Also the night guard was a really cool dude. Only minor setback was no central air on studios. But the units they provide were adequate for the apartment size. Can't beat the price on the apartments for the area. Conviently located stores and food, all within walking distance. The Red Mango has the BEST smoothies in town. All in all it was a great experience.Read More about Great place to live

Quiet place to live
